How do I reset my Password if I lost or forgot it?
If you forget your password, that's OK! Just click on the "Forgot your password?" link on the Sign In page.
How will I know when the store received my Online Order?
You will receive a confirmation email at the email address you provided during registration. And if you're still unsure about your order, you can always call our Online Support Center at 1-800-707-1111.
Can I use my coupon online?
In most cases you can use valid Vocelli Pizza coupons online. To redeem a coupon online you must enter the 3 digit coupon code after entering all the required items in your cart.
Why am I still showing a charge on a cancelled order?
This is a preauthorization hold and appears as a “pending transaction” on your account. In the case of debit cards, “pending transaction” can fall off the account (making the pending amount available again) anywhere from 1–5 days after the transaction date depending on the bank's policy.
Where can I find a menu and pricing?
You can find a menu that includes our standard items offered at all Vocelli Pizza locations by clicking on MENU at www.vocellipizza.com. To view pricing and limited time offers available at your local Vocelli Pizza store, select your store by clicking on Locations & Offers before you click on MENU.
